Rafael Montero (FD: $5,500, DK: $4,800)
There’s not much to go on match-up wise but he’s extremely cheap on both sites and he is facing the terrible, terrible Giants after all. Load him up in GPPs or an SP2 on DK and just look at the bats you can afford!
FanDuel & DraftKings DFS Infielders
Evan Longoria- 3B vs. Chris Tillman (FD: $3,300, DK: $4,100)
Any time I see this match-up I have to find a way to get Longoria in the lineup. Longo is 19 for 63 (.302 BA) including 6 singles, 4 doubles, 1 triple and 8 HRs! Couple this with the Orioles being atrocious this season and going to break the record for 5+ runs given up in 21 straight games the Rays are one of my favorite stacks of this slate and Longo is the anchor in that stack.
David Freese- 3B vs. Mike Leake (FD: $2,900, DK: $3,200)
More of a GPP player than Cash? David Freese has absolutely murdered Leake in the past going 16 for 31 (.516 BA) 11 singles, 4 doubles, 1 HR. He’s strictly a GPP play and not cash, but he is cheap on FD if you’re paying up for pitching.
FanDuel & DraftKings DFS Outfielders
Andrew McCutchen- OF vs. Mike Leake (FD: $3,900, DK: $4,200)
If you were to look at his season stats you would see just .268 BA but you need to dig a little deeper. In the last two weeks Cutch has batted .408 including 11 runs scored, 5 HRs, 15 RBIs and his last month he has hit .385 with 23 runs, 8 HRs, 24 RBIs and 1 SB. Now he’s facing Mike Leake who he is 21 for 80 (.263 BA) 17 singles, 2 doubles, 2 HRs. Cutch has also gotten positive Fantasy Points in 6 straight games and that trend looks to continue today.
Adam Jones- OF vs Jake Odorizzi (FD: $3,100, DK: $3,800)
Unfortunately for Jones, he’s on a terrible, terrible Orioles squad but luckily it won’t affect him at the plate. Jones is facing Odorizzi who is coming into this match-up with a 3.78 ERA. Jones has done well against him going 13 for 34 (.382 BA) with 10 singles, 1 double, and 2 HRs. Why not take both of these OFers and put them in a GPP with Montero?
Rays vs Chris Tillman
Yankees vs Nick Martinez
Cardinals vs Chad Kuhl
Braves vs Zach Davies
